These standing conditions apply to all seasonal and offers at Dolphin Beach. Any additional terms specific to this offer are listed below.

1. Offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.
2. The minimum stay and minimum guest count shown for this offer must be met for the complimentary inclusion to apply.
3. Complimentary inclusions are provided once per qualifying stay, are non-transferable, and have no cash value if unused.
4. Seasonal offers apply only to stays falling within the date range stated and cannot be honoured outside those dates.
5. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or seasonal package unless stated otherwise.
6. Excursions and activities included in an offer are weather- and tide-dependent and may be rescheduled by the resort for guest safety.
7. Full payment or the agreed deposit is required to confirm a booking; standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.
8. The resort reserves the right to substitute a complimentary inclusion of equal or greater value where the original cannot be provided.
